This well kept central 2 bedroom apartment is located close to all amenities yet in a very peaceful area which boasts beautiful views of Mellieha Bay, the Mellieha church and Ta’ Pennellu area which can be seen from all windows and from the balcony. Upon arrival, a welcome pack is offered free of charge which includes milk, sugar, tea, slice bread, eggs, salt, pepper and butter. Linen and kitchen and bath towels are also changed weekly. Taxi & rental cars are also available from a close by local garage. Ample Parking is available. The flat is close to 2 banks being HSBC & Bank of Valletta, shopping centre, restaurants, telephone booth, police and ferry transport.

• An Inventory of all existing items is signed upon agreement between both parties.
• A security deposit and information regarding the number of persons, name, address and flight details is required. 
• A receipt is given on full payment in cash.
• Keys are given on arrival by landlady and must be returned to her before departure. 
• The flat should be kept in good condition. Lost, broken or damaged items will be charged for and have to be paid before departure. 
• Bookings must be done at least 2 weeks before arrival date.
• Flat can be used for monthly holidays from 1 to 3 months. Children under 7 years are free of charge.
